Council is seeking expressions of interest for commercial/retail use of a building currently operating as a visitor information centre.  Council’s preferred tenant will incorporate a component of visitor information within any future use.

This landmark building enjoys river frontage in a high profile, busy location on Tourist Drive 15 in Nambucca Heads.  It is a unique stand-alone commercial building situated in a retail precinct at the southern gateway to Nambucca Heads.  Adjoining businesses include the Cubana Resort, Hemmingways Bar & Grill, Repco Auto Parts Store, Shell Service Station and Curves Gym.

The tenant will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the toilets.  
Essential criteria
Council is seeking to negotiate on lease terms and conditions; and is interested in any proposal that fits within the zoning.
In your proposal, please provide a proposed floor plan.
On the outset of this lease, the indoor of the building has been painted and floors in as new condition and the tenant will be responsible for leaving the premise in a similar condition at termination of lease. 
Any fit-out would be the responsibility of the applicant.
