Our rural belt encompasses towns such ast Bowraville and Taylors Arm. A great choice for day trippers wishing to investiage the wonders of our valley.

Three night minimum stay at all holiday properties.

During PEAK SEASON 7 night minimum at all holiday properties.

During PEAK SEASON bookings are made Saturday to Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

1.The booking is made in good faith by us the agent. However we can not be held responsible for actions by the owner of the premises outside our control and we reserve the right to cancel any booking should anything arise which in our opinion renders the booking impractical. In either event we will contact you as soon as possible and do our best to arrange alternative accommodation or dates suitable to you failing which all deposit monies paid will be refunded but no other claim right or action or demand shall exist on or be made by either party.
2.A confirmation deposit is to be paid within 14 days of making the booking. If the deposit is not paid by the due date your booking will be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation by the tenant where a deposit has been paid no refund shall be given unless the premises is relet for the entire period of the proposed tenancy. A cancellation fee of 12.5% of the total rent will then apply. Part cancellation will not be accepted.
3.Peak season bookings require one weeks rent in full by September 30th. The balance of the accommodation fees must be paid prior to arrival. All fees are to be paid by cash or bank cheque.
4.Keys may be picked up from our office during business hours. If you intend to arrive after hours please advise our office prior to arrival. Under no circumstances will keys be left out without prior arrangements being made and the full tariff being paid.
5.Occupancy is given from 2pm on the date of arrival. Premises must be vacated and keys returned to this office by 9am on departure date. Variation to time must be approved by this office. Failure to do so may result in an extra rent being charged.
6.The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated or the number discussed with the agent at the time of booking.
7.The property is rented to you for holiday purposes only for the period stated on the receipt.
8. No animals.
9. We require a deposit bond in the amount of $250.00. This will be refunded back to the holiday tenants once property has been inspected after vacating.
